He was predeceased by: his brother Earl Owens; and his son Bobby Lynn Owens. He is survived by: his wife June G. Owens; his children, Gail Perry, Billy Owens, Jimmy Owens, Debbie Owens, Lori Bernmen and Lonnie Owens; and his brother Royce Blalock. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
