She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Millard Jewell and Oda Lee Jewell (Billingsley); her husband Harold "Ray" Lowery; and her children, Mike Lowery (Kathleen), Rachel Ray (Graham), Steve Lowery (Karen), David Cowart (Sherry) and Bobby Cowart. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.
