He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Finley and Hannah Finley; and his siblings, Elmer Finley, Arthur Finley, Anthony Williams, Garland Williams, Edna Bridges, Mary Ruth Swinford, Wilma Jean Finley and Rodna Bragg.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Finley; his children, Carla Taylor, Jamie Finley, Drago Finley, Greg Sullivan, Lukas Finley and Colton Drummond; and his sisters, Brenda Richardson, Sandy Clemons, Sherry Conn and Laura Bue. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
