He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis G. Burhans and Dossa Fay White. He is survived by: his wife Janice Spencer Burhans; his son Charles Burhans, Jr. (Kimberly); his granddaughter Charlotte; and his brother Willis E. Burhans (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
