He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann O'Bannon. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer O'Bannon Clark (Jeremy), Trixie O'Bannon Ring (Donald) and Gerald Fore (Benita). He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren & 6 Great-Grandchildren.
