He is survived by: his parents, Mark Battles and Dedra Battles; his children, Brody, Austin Battles, Charity, Asher and Naomi Garcia; his brothers, Casey Battles (Jessie) and Justin Battles; his grandparents, Virgil Battles, Wesley Flarity and Kathy Coots Peterson; his aunts and uncles, Tina Robinson, Rina Browder, Dina Bridges, Helen Brown, Van Battles, Bill Battles, James Flarity and William Robinson; his nephews, Hunter Battles, Myles Battles and Cutter Battles; and his niece Haleigh Battles.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Burt Chapel-Valley Head (7934 Co Rd 137, Valley Head, AL 35989). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Burt Chapel-Valley Head Funeral Time (7934 Co Rd 137, Valley Head, AL 35989). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the White Hall Cemetery (3518 AL-117, Mentone, AL 35984).
