He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Ratliff, Sr. and Betty Kiker Ratliff; his brother William Danny Ratliff, Jr.; his granddaughter Khloeigh Ratliff; and his brother-in-law Doyle Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Regena Duke Ratliff; his children, Michael Len Ratliff, Jr. and Molly Burke (Mack); his sisters, Elaine Evans, Gretna Bandy (Junior) and Kathy Snead (Gary); his grandchildren, Daniel Burke, Ethan Burke, Hartleigh Ratliff and Tripp Ratliff; and his aunt Lorene Cummings. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
