He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blalock and Lucille Keith Blalock. He is survived by: his siblings, Dave Blalock (Yvonne), Irene Willingham, Hazel Hilliard, Bobby Blalock (Sandy), Kathy Wheat (Ronald), Joe Blalock, Mary Sue Hale, Katherine Blalock, Willie Blalock, Jean Blalock and VisitationDate. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
