She was predeceased by: her parents, Estel Payne and Bessie Jane Payne; and her brother Lyle Payne. She is survived by: her husband Michael Mosher; and her children, William Jones, Chay Mosher (Edson), Astrid Hemphill (Harrison), Micky Mosher (Triny), AJ Mosher (Heather) and Billy Mosher (Tammy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 expected grandchild, and 6 great grandchildren.
