He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Susan Anne Booth, Megan Finkelstein (Jay) and Rebecca DeVasher (Michael); his grandsons, Zachary, Seth, Taylor Finkelstein, Benjamin and Jack DeVasher; his sister Mary Booth McDowell; his niece Terri McDowell; his siblings-in-law, John B. St (Peggy) and Michelle Franklin (Steven); his niece Vivian; his cousins, Doug Evans (Sue), Eleanor Layton Evans Manus (Tom) and Thomas Evans; and his caregivers, Mary Blevins, Angela Brown, Marilyn Slaton and Kathy Blalock Wheat.
