He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Galloway and Elizabeth Cash Langston; and his stepmother Burma Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Dentmon Galloway; his children, Johnny "Butch" Clark (Pam), Brandon Galloway (Melody), Daniel Hunter (Lacey) and Mollie Mathis; his siblings, Todd Cash, Rita Galloway and Kathy Langston (Derek Buffington); and his great grandchild Aubree Jarenn Lee. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
