He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy (Amy Blackburn) and Kayla Moorhead; his grandparents, Ronald, Annette Merrit, Nicky and Beverly Blackburn; his siblings, Mikayla Blackburn, Caden Blackburn, Aubree Blackburn, Everly Blackburn, Laike Moorhead and Saige Moorhead; and his son Roper Blackburn (Kadee McGough). He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
