She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Cauthen (Michael); her grandchildren, Kim McIntosh (Jeff), Frank Conway (Kristen) and Carly Cauthen; and her great grandchildren, Gavin McIntosh and Kylie McIntosh. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
