She was predeceased by: her former husband Woodrow Merritt. She is survived by: her husband James Gomillion; her children, Christopher Merritt (Sandy) of McKenzie, Rita Willis (Kenny) of McKenzie and Bonita Jones (Wayde) of Rose Hill; her siblings, George Gorum (Linda) of Andalusia and Margie Palmer (Roger) of Prattville; and her grandchildren, Cory Willis, Brandi Stinson, Victoria Smith, Erica Folmer and Peyton Morrow.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New Home Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
