He was predeceased by: his parents, Blake Johnston and Mable Johnston; his siblings, Connie Johnston, Denny Weaver, Johnny Weaver and Ivory Weaver; and his great-nephew Jeremiah Salinas.
He is survived by: his children, James Hobby, Heidle Reed (Nick), Gary Johnston and Sharon Pressley (Charles); his grandchildren, Kayla, Ronnie, Karlee, Bryce, Kirstin, Brady, Logan and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Trey and Alayah; his sister Rose Lewis Poole (Andrew); and the mother of his children Martha Johnston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Holiness Church (3095 John Johnston Rd, McIntosh, AL 36553). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at the Magnolia Cemetery (3095 John Johnston Rd, McIntosh, AL 36553).
