He is survived by: his children, Shawn Byrd (Annie), Melanie Snow (Jimmy), Jonathan Sullivan (Jennifer), Shannon Snow, Phillip Jr. and Anthony Snow; and his siblings, Merl Snow (Felice), Hank Snow (Renee) and Alvin Weaver (Thao). He is also survived by friends, especially his children and grandchildren.
