She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Simison and Judy Mac Simison; her brother Lawrence "Larry" Simison; her daughter Jennifer Jo Lewis; and her grandchild Benjaman Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Cleveland Walter Lewis; her stepfather Charlie Clanton; her sisters, Sherri Carney (Bobby) and Penny Platt (Phil); her sons, Mark Lewis (Georgiann), Matt Lewis (Michelle) and Kevin Lewis; and her grandchildren, Leslie Lewis, Brooklyn Harrell (Preston), Blake Lewis (Breann) and McKenna Patronas. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
