He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Weaver and Quincy Weaver; and his sister Dorothy Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Ron Weaver, Damian Weaver, Cherish Weaver and Laken Chaisson; his grandson Teghan; the mother of his children Vanessa Weaver; and his siblings, Comer Orso (Michelle), Eastman Weaver (Marilyn), Don Weaver, Dwight Weaver (Gelean), Eric "Bo" Weaver (Linda), Shelby Massey (Michael), Joey Weaver, Brenda Ledlow (Randy), Sonya Kirkwood (Greg) and Toni Weaver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
