She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hall and Josephine Usey Tillman; her sisters, Agnes Oliver, Lottie Walley and Betty Hughes; and her grandmother Estelle Usey.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Yow; her children, Elisabeth Ann Dillingham (Jason), Melinda Renee Senear and Eric Redmond-Yow; and her siblings, Tommy Otto Tillman, Jr., Dorothy Elaine Collins and Robert Ford Hall, Jr.. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
