She is survived by: her husband Michael Lennie Sams; her children, Lisa Sandlin Miller (Randy), Jeff Sandlin (Jennifer), Lennie Sams, Jr. (Pam) and Greg Sams (Donna); her grandchildren, Brandon Miller (Erika), Grant Miller, Bella Rae Sandlin, Tilson Sandlin, Justin Sams (Brandi), Jared Sams (Kristi) and Allison Brooks; her great grandchildren, Grady Miller, Brylee Miller, Lennie Sams, Willa Sams, Riley Sams, Casey Sams and Henry Sams; her sister Nita Wilbanks Collett; her nieces, Lacey Collett Pullen (Travis) and Abbey Brooke Collett; and her great-niece Kyleigh Pullen.
