She is survived by: her husband Dan Butterfield; her children, Tracy Kendrick (Clayton), Kelly Roy, Jimmy Tew (Michelle) and Kim Shelton (Chuck); and her sister Elaine Driver. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
