She was predeceased by: her parents, Travis Hall and Violet Hall; and her brother Travis "Gene" Hall. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lewis; her sons, Jake Gamble (Shannon) and Paul Green (Shelley); her stepchildren, Keith Lewis (Heather), Eric Lewis (Danielle) and Brandi Simpson (Chris); and her sisters, Patty Trent (Ralph) and Misty Hall. She is also survived by many others relatives and friends.
