He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Gamble, Sr. and Joyce West Gamble. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Roget, John Gamble, Jr., Dan Gamble (Pam), Kerry Gamble (Melissa) and Sonya Crumly (Mark). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
