He is survived by: his children, Randy Boothe (Jean), Andrew Woodard and Debra Martin (Joe); his grandchildren, Brandi Jordon (Wes), Chris Boothe (Beth) and Misty Wells; his great grandchildren, Bradley, Austin, Trent, Rebecca and Kara; and his great great grandchild Lizzy Lawrence.
