She is survived by: her children, Randy Van Blaricum (Kristin) and Amy Lynn Van Blaricum; her siblings, Joyce Diane Brady (Jeff) and Robert Anthony Cook (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Scotty Van Blaricum and Anna Kate Henson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
