He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Campbell; and also Wanna Campbell. He is survived by: his son Jay Campbell, Sr. (Lauren); his grandchildren, Jay Campbell, Jr. and Megan Brooks (Jacob); his great grandchild Leslie Campbell; his sister Mary Huddleston; and also, Wendi, Michael and Samantha Brake.
