He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Collins; his parents, Joseph Collins and Ruby Collins; and his brother Nicky Collins. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Brand (Bobby Sr.), Frank Watson (Janis), Benny Watson (Ericka) and Victor Watson; his grandchildren, Tiffany Lucas (David), Kathryn Fields (Jacob), Bobby Brand Jr. (Dawn), Jonathan Brand (Crystal), Michele Mroz (Eric), Curtis Latham (Pauli), Christy Folker, Victor Ray Watson (Melissa), Allison Watson and Melanie Watson; his great grandchildren, Remi, Penny Lucas, Noah, Emmy, Deklan Fields, Amanda, Taylor, Bailey, Hunter, Alexander Brand, Dylan, Kaden Mroz, Caleb, Lilli Latham and Felicia Folker; and his brothers, Joseph Collins (Joyce) and Leland Collins (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
