He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Pender (Richard), Stacy Weaver and Leslie Cook (David Hilson); his grandchildren, Jacob Pender (Caitlyn), Jessie Franklin Josh Weaver (Nate) and Allison Weaver; his great grandchild Elizabeth Pender Elora Franklin; and his siblings, Charlotte Stafford of Atlanta, GA., Terrelle Cook of McCalla, AL and Don Cook of Sylvan Springs, AL.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
