He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tom Morgan and Ruby Cotney Morgan; and his brother Larry Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Fay Morgan of McCalla; his daughters, Christie Hale (Victor) of Beulah, AL and Melissa Morgan of Valley, AL.; his grandchildren, Kayla James (Chris), Hezekiah Morgan, Elijah Morgan, Quinton Hale, Morgan Hale and Zayden Morgan; his great grandchildren, Conner and Braxton James; and his children, Lisa Martin, Charles Langley (Marcy), Wanda Bratton Suarez and Jessica Brown (David). He is also survived by grandchildren, 9 bonus great-grandchildren; and a special friend and the mother of his children.
