She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolphus Jones and Grace Jones; her husband Richard Vaughan; and her sisters, Betty Alice Jackson and Nancy Cottrell.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Allen Vaughan and Lance Vaughan; her granddaughters, Lauren Olivia Vaughan and Marie Lynn Vaughan; and her sisters, Olivia Shelton, Ruth Jones and Ruby Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
