It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Jean Cash Chapman of McCalla, Alabama, who passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Cash and Otis L. Cash; The father of their 3 children , Charles Chapman and her siblings,, Joe Cash, Aubrey Cash, Cecil Cash, Mary Medders and Martha Edwards.
She is survived by : her children, Brenda Cox (Bill) of Pelham, Charles Chapman (Tina) of Lawley, AL and Kathy Dorwaldt (Jim) of Vestavia; and her siblings, Billy Cash, Ophelia Huff, Linda Kuch, Steve Cash, Richard Cash and Reba Austin. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
