He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelley Hubbard and Ella Gazelle Johnson; his sisters, Ann Carroll (J. B.) and Betty Johnson (Albert); and his nephew Edward Johnson.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Michael Glenn Carroll, Jr., Michael Bolt, Timothy Johnson, Debra Jackson (Greg), Melisa Carroll, Avery Bolt, Andrea Martin (Andy) and Romona Johnson; and his cousins, William Hubbard and Barbara Allen.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Green Pond Presbyterian Church, P. O. Box 100, Green Pond, Alabama 35074.
