He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George and Peggy; his wife Jan; his sons, Lane (Kelly) and Justin (Constance); his grandchildren, Logan, Jake, Everett and Violet; his brother Lenard; his nieces and nephews, Cody, Zach and Greg (Tonya); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan (Murphy) and Allie.

Mike was a faithful donor to Magic Moments Charity for Children and the Robert E. Reed Foundation for Gastrointestinal Oncology.
