We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2023, at the age of 86, Leonia Idell Battle Davis Poole of McCalla, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James Jr. and Pearlie Mae Battle Brown; her stepfather Robert Brown; her siblings, Samuel L, Willie L Brown and Annie Grace Chapman; her former husband Peter James Davis; and her husband Mose Poole Sr..

She is survived by: her childrens, Barbara Green (Ronny), Otis Davis (Kimberly), Terrie Davis, Cathy Emakoji (Solomon) and George Davis (Tonya); and her brother Robert James. She is also survived by wife and mother to her husband and five children.
