She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar Weaver and Joyce Chriss; her stepfather Dane Chriss; her son Curtis Emery; her sister Sherry Cruze; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Chriss and Doris Goodwin.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Self of McCalla; her children, Randall Emery (Angie) of Blountsville, Sandra Emery (Kristy) of McCalla, Lisa Bizjack (Jim) of Foley, Cheryl Self and Shane Self; her granddaughters, Amye, Katy, Taylor, Madeline and Megan; and her siblings, Tina Huggins (Terry), Cristy Fields (Johnny), Travis Chriss (Wanda), Michael Chriss (Diane), Phillip Chriss (Diane), Ricky Chriss, Seybourn Chriss (Vickie) and Larry Chriss (Karen). She is also survived by fourteen other grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
