He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Mae Wadsworth and Clyde Wadsworth; and his siblings, Claude Wadsworth and Barbara Stewart (Jackie P. Stewart). He is survived by: his wife Becky Snider Wadsworth; his daughters, Christy Allen (Fred), Kylie Wadsworth, Wendy Elmore, Rhonda Samsal (Jamie) and Selina Salter (Craig); his stepchildren, Jonica Mueller-Hedrick (Greg) and Jason Pennington; his grandchildren, Scott, Michael, Taylor, Sydney, Lexie and Lydia; and his sister Betty Tingle (Jim). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
