She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Harvey Smitherman and Mayme Abernathy Smitherman; her husband Woodrow Belcher of Centreville; her grandson Kris Sensbach; her children, Paula Meeks and Lee Edward Belcher (Patricia); her grandchildren, Scott Meeks, Shawn Meeks (Jennifer) and Kimberly Albers (Jason); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ruby Meeks, Justin, Cameron Sensbach, Colton and Cadyn Albers; and her sisters, Ira Higginbotham, Mayme Roy (Wayne) and Barbara Gentry (Frank). She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
