He was predeceased by: his parents, O'Niel Joseph Blanchard and Prentiss Juanita Blanchard; and his siblings, Keith Owen Blanchard, Joseph Anthony Blanchard, Theresa Ann Palermo and Brenda Sue Blanchard.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Blanchard; his sons, Brian Blanchard (Ashley) and Patrick Blanchard (Hannah); and his grandchildren, Emily Blanchard and Logan Blanchard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
