He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Agricola and Ruby Agricola; and his brother Phillip Agricola. He is survived by: his children, Corey Agricola (Jenny) of Hayden, Alabama and Shelby Hayes (Nathan) of Helena, Alabama; his grandsons, James Ethan and Charles Andrew Hayes; and his sister Amelia Williams of Niceville, Florida..
