He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jo Gamble; and his grandsons, Joshua Keith and Kendal Ray Gamble. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Keith Gamble, Kevin Ray Gamble and Kenneth Joel Gamble (Monica Jo); his siblings, Dot Gilbert, Margie Young, Nellie Ruple, Linda Kelly, Barbara Davidson and Kenneth Gamble; and his friend Jan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
