It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty S. Tuggle (McCalla, Alabama), born in Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on September 2, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgia Dillard and Floyd Stalnaker; her stepfather Joel Dillard; her brother Robert Dillard; her husband Earl Wayne Tuggle; her stepdaughter Mary Tuggle Pitman; her stepgrandson James Alan Tuggle; and her grandson Wesley Alan Tuggle.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Leigh Tuggle and Robert Earl Tuggle (Yvette); and her great grandchildren, Savannah, Sydney, Sabrina, Whitt and Carys. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
