She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Smith Kovalchick (Edward Kovalchick) and Margaret Smith Lovelady; her grandchildren, Micheala Kolvalchich Haynie, Johnna Kovalchick Matthews, Todd Lovelady, Chad Lovelady and Brandon Lovelady; and her great grandchildren, Aja, Eli Matthews, Kelsey Cranmer, Layla Michael and Samantha Lovelady.

Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, to please make a contribution in her name to Shiloh United Methodist, 6214 County rd. 151, Calera 35040.
