He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Hayden Middlebrooks of Montevallo; his parents, Jimmy Middlebrooks of Maylene and Mary-Beth Middlebrooks of Maylene; his siblings, Elizabeth Williams (Chip) of Montevallo and Louis Middlebrooks (Deidre) of Calera; his grandmother Becky Middlebrooks of Hoover; his aunts, Lynn Knippers (Chet) of Hoover and Donna Barclay (Kenny) of McCalla; and his nieces and nephews, Abbey, Brooks, Wilson and Lance.
