He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellord McCoy and Marie McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Taylor; his children, Corey Hallman, Kevin Hallman and Frankie Leigh Taylor; and his siblings, Terry McCoy, Pete McCoy (Debbie), Mickey McCoy (Sue), Steve McCoy (Sandy) and Diane Brown (John). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
