She was predeceased by: her son Kevin Parrish. She is survived by: her father James Williams Adams of Calera; her husband Randy Duckworth of Maylene; her son Hank Tolleson (Tiffany) of Columbiana; her mother Catherine Adams of Calera; and her siblings, Debbie Seale (Ricky) of Columbiana, Wesley Adams (LaRue) of Calera and David Adams (Lisa) of Calera.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a drive-thru visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 from 5-6pm at the Shelby Memory Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Calera, AL.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Cathy's memory.
