He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Francis, Bill and Gwen Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Festavan and Deidre Festavan; his wife Allison Festavan (Hoff); his daughters, Campbell and Charlotte; and his siblings, Kevin and Kari Myers. He is also survived by relatives including in-laws, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and friends.
