He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Springer and Ruth Springer; and his sister Vicky Springer. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Springer; his children, April Falkner (Patrick), Amanda Lloyd (Christopher) and Levi Springer (Holly); his grandchildren, Carter Falkner, Maci Falkner, Adaline Springer and Elizabeth Lloyd; his siblings, Lynn Morrison (Ike), Debbie Hall, Mick Springer (Valerie), Rick Springer, Christy Holcombe and Keith Springer (Angela); his mother-in-law Mary Cofer; his brothers-in-law, Billy Cofer (Patty) and Brian Cofer (Renee); and his friends, Ronny Cook, Wayne Davidson and Scott McGuire. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations made to Randy's grandchildren's college funds.
