We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2023, at the age of 85, William Lacey Deavours of Marion, Alabama, born in Carbon Hill, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Aubrey Deavours and Evelyn Lacey Deavours; and his sister Carolyn Sears. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ellen Jones Deavours; his sons, Stacy Allen Deavours and Richard Aubrey Deavours (Tracy); and his brother Stacy Lee Deavours (Judy). He is also survived by nieces and great-nieces and great-nephews.
