He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Pullen Rinehart; his son Thomas Lawayne Rinehart; his parents, Otha Rinehart and Sadie Rinehart; and his siblings, Otha Rinehart, Jr., Will T. Rinehart, Henry G. Rinehart, Walter O. Rinehart, James F. Rinehart, Annie R. Barton, Mildred R. Weeden, Gladys R. Gable, Jean R. Hartshorn and Elizabeth R. Kilgore.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth E. Rinehart; his grandchildren, Layne Rinehart, Tanner Horton, Zack Rinehart (Misty) and Jeff Rinehart (Catlyn); and his sisters, Jonnie R. Campbell and Shirley R. Fike. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Heiberger Methodist Church Cemetery.
