He is survived by: his mother Vivian Miller Bauer; his wife Virginia Royster Hughey; his stepfather David Woodfin Bauer; his children, Bridgette Langford, Marshall Allen Hughey (Kathi) and James Matthew Skinner (Chelsea); his brother Timothy Lee Hughey (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Jessica Michelle Hughey, Jacob Allen Hughey, Cole Nichols, Noah Skinner, Jonah Skinner and Skylar Skinner.
